Reader question: Everyday contouring

Question: "Can you please help me by suggestion a good contour powder? I am around NC40-42 skin tone with quite yellow undertones and looking for a good contour powder which will look natural and can be used everyday? What are your thoughts on Benefit Hoola and NYX Taupe blush?"

I tend to use MAC Gingerly blush, or MAC Equilibrium blush for everyday when I dont want any shimmer on my face. On weekends, or when shimmer is okay, I love MAC Comfort MSF.

Benefit Hoola is really pigmented, so I use it for a heavy contour. I got the Sleek contour kit on Medium that I like for heavy contour as well. I wish I had bought the Sleek on in Light for everyday.

NYX Taupe was too gray on me.

It's an orange based red, matte. I line my lips with MAC Cherry lip liner.
